Life can be interesting in many ways, such as one example that if you are smart or highly intelligent people are going to associate you with being social introvert, keen to role playing, being someone with certain body dimension because of the lack exercise and an inflated ego because your biggest achievement in life is to be the master in Dungeons and Dragons or any other role playing game; maybe the validity of the stereotype is based mostly on the incident of the imagery of Hollywood toward people with high I.Q. and we can blame the viewers and the media as well.
But sometimes it’s more probable to guess that beside intelligence the classical geek stereotype it’s based on people who have low stem, personal body issues and they try to express dominance because their major achievements are related to role paying just to fulfill the many voids they have in their personal lives. It’s really shameful that the classical 7 art stereotype is the mostly to be associate with the high I.Q. characteristic; I can say I’m smart, well educated and I don’t like being seated for hours playing a role playing game, I’m more proactive than that and I’m way more social than staying in one single place being insulted by a 40 year old Virgin.
Today I had an unusual encounter that I found amusing and lame, a classical stereotype, it was a 37 years old individual with certain body dimension (a priori look gave me the idea that he didn’t any glandular problem, big bones or he was gainer, just a lazy ass who’s most challenging exercise was going from his desk to the restroom) who said to me that I was cheapskate, well the only thing I could did back was replied like a gentleman because I wasn’t going to flunk my reputation… but also one part of being intelligent is to know how to behave in social situations to show that you are an articulated individual and not a grown up who tends to act and dress like an adolescent in heat.

One of the most difficult things in life is probably one of the simplest: making friends, I know it sounds weird because in life we get friends without even noticing, we rarely take a look or examine deeply the socialization dynamics that goes up to final product when we can call someone or friend. I never thought how complex was making a friend before, we only tend to think that if the person has similar interest as ours then we can become friends but is not that easy, we rarely tend to look on the personalities if see if we can match as friends beyond our common interests until is too late and have someone who is a friend in theory but we can stand up a single bit because he or she are annoying to hell (It has happened to me sometimes, the first was in high school and the second one was with a girl of El Salvador (luckly the second case was on Internet only)).
Many of us tend to feel very lonely when we move into a new places because for us we can be shy sometimes or we don’t know how too meet people with common interest as we are living in a new places with a new set of rules. I been using the Internet in the past months to meet new people with similar hobbies as mine, probably after 8 long months I have found two group of people who one enjoy theme parks and the other role play games, which I can call my friends sometime in the near future;maybe I’m picky, maybe I’m not, I’m just trying to find people who I can hang out with, without getting bored two hours later; and yes there are other groups of people I like to meet sometime soon, in someway I’m not shy to meet new people, probably after 25 years of existence I haven’t put in practice my social skills for the last 10 years which I had a steady group of friends before moving to another country. Now I’m thinking on other thing, one friend from high school who moved to the exact city as me he hadn’t too much problems meeting new people, but he has his story and background and I have mine, I guess I will keep trying I know time and effort will give me the answers I’m looking for.

This is so juicy and so crazy, so according to the N.A.S.A. the tapes of the moon landing where erased, the originals one from the 60’s and a “new” improved version re-mastered and all that yatata has taken his place. Check the article here, words are less of how this interesting piece of data can strike the minds of the conspiracies believers! So what’s next?Aliens landed in Roswell, Elvis is alive and George W. did cheat on the re-election, we have to see just to believe! I just think that the N.A.S.A. should be more cautious because they lost a piece of history in the process.

This list is not make on any excellence criteria, it’s jus a list of the roller coasters I have enjoyed the most in Central Florida. Thanks, and Enjoy
Gus
The List:
The Scorpion: Located in Busch Gardens Tampa, with his 39′ 4 loop and no upper restriction I have to say that the Scorpion was the first roller coaster I ride; this roller coaster is perfect for beginners of people who don’t like an intense ride, it only has one loop and three down helix. Many parents who are enthusiast of roller coasters bring their children to The Scorpion so they can try a new element that is absent fromt he kiddy rides; I remember one time I was in the last wagon, in the very very last one and in the wagon that were infront of me there was a father and his boy, the boy was crying outloud and when the ride went on the little boy cried even louder so far the only thing I heard was the crying and not the car traveling through the rails, I have to say it was funny because when the boy conquered the loop he inmediatly started to scream of happiness like everyone else in the train and at the end, the boy asked his dad to repeat one more time the ride; I have a similar story in my case I didn’t ride it on the first because I was a fan, it was pity that my brother was going by himself so I went with him, then I regreted and my mother who she is not a fan of any coaster at all went with us, I seated by myself and my brother and mom they were together, at the end the three of us we were laughing out loud, it was a good memory.
The Hulk: Located at Universal Studios Florida - Island of Adventures, one of my favorites roller coasters, it’s like Nirvana in my opinion because it’s not strong as Sheikra or as X-Celerator, it’s really smooth and it offers a lot of inversions, but there is a negative aspect, it ends quite abruptly not in the way the cars stop suddenly but without a big finish. There is one advice I give if you are going alone or with another friend, take the single rider line, it goes more faster if you are in alone or with another person rather than taking the 75 minutes queue, but if you are going in a large group don’t go in the single rider line it’s just rude. Oh I need to say something the line is what you read you will be split from whatever you are with.

Maybe Martin Luther King as well other civil right fighters who are not longer with us are crawling in their tombs because at the end in this world talking about equality it’s just a double negative based on the hypocrisy of the creed and belief of a few ones who think they are right and everyone else should believe what they believe; it’s a shame that there is no equality deep in the end. I don’t say Utah! You Suck! because I think it’s a beautiful place and rich with American history, but I say “Civil Rights for everyone! Equality Now! Everyone is Equal to the Eyes of the Lord! so Stop the Hipocrisy that only a Few are Equal Because Everyone is Equal so Don’t adapt a Speech for Convenience Because the Wolrd is Changing and People are more Aware about the Heterogeny that is Around Us! Equality for Everyone!”.
According to ksl.com two men were arrested for kissing in public because they were on the premises of the LSD Church but since when the public plaza belongs to the LSD? I don’t know since when the local government outsourced public grounds to the LSD ChurchThe couple was cited for trespassing. Snyder says the law allows the owner of a property to kick someone out for any reason.
“A property owner has the right to ask someone to leave their property. If they do not leave that property, then they have violated an ordinance, a Salt Lake City ordinance, which is trespassing. So, the police became involved,” Snyder said.
The Church released a statement saying the couple was “asked to stop engaging in inappropriate behavior just as any other couple would have been. They became argumentative and used profanity and refused to leave the property. They were arrested and then given a citation for criminal trespass by SLPD.”
“If this is a public place, such as a park, that’s a whole different story,” Snyder said. What a shame.

With the recent case of Jordan Valdez , in Tampa, Fl it makes me wonder why there aren’t stronger laws for underage driving?. I seriously don’t know, like the case of Jordan there plenty to mention around the State of Florida as well in the Nation, where teenage drivers cause tragedies because they can’t measure themselves behind the wheel most of the time; sure there are exception, there some teenage who can drive well and don’t succumb to the peer pressure but as there are some exception it’s well known that people under 18 are more prone to commit an accident. It’s sad that all of this happens, and most of the time it isn’t the negligence of the parents is the fault of the teen as he or she wants to act like an adult and he will wants to fit in, even if that means to drink alcoholic beverage, I know I’m pointing a problem here and so far I’m not saying any solutions but I have one idea, and it can be radical.
Why to not show to aspiring drivers actual corpses in the morgue so they can know that drinking even socially is not ok, that your bodies will suffer and you will harm other people as well; my second point it’s to increase the number of hours of practice up to 120 before releasing the teen to the road, my third point is to increase the insurance with an underage individual as they are more probe to accidents than anybody and maybe that will be a motivation to create better drivers because the economical part will suffer more and they will learn that driving is not a necessity it’s a privileged and a privileged you need to respect, and if you don’t like what I’m saying go and take the bus!.
Gus out!
